About the Role

The Project Manager III - Cybersecurity position is responsible for providing project planning and project management leadership to facilitate consistent delivery of global and regional projects that efficiently and effectively meet business expectations regarding time, cost, and quality in support and alignment with AGCO's strategic plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and complete projects, including tasks such as the development of project timelines and resource plans, monitoring, and summarizing progress of the project.
  • Ensure buy-in from project stakeholders and process owners, appropriate resource utilization, management of issues, dependencies, and risks throughout the project lifecycle, and compliance with project methodologies, plans, and budgets.
  • Provide regular communication of portfolio status while ensuring milestones and stage gates are defined and met.
  • Champion strong IT governance in the project management framework and mentor project managers in its development and continuous improvement.
  • Maintain and communicate overall IT Cybersecurity portfolio, including financial tracking and oversight.

Requirements

  • Completed Bachelor's degree in IT or related area.
  • Fluent English is mandatory (writing, translating, communicating).
  • 10+ Years of Project Management Experience in IT, Cybersecurity.
  • Strong communication / interpersonal skills, capable of interacting with multiple levels of IT and business management.
  • Understanding of project management methodologies, project estimation, system development lifecycle processes, and tools to define, set-up, plan, and deliver business projects.
  • Financial analysis skills (due diligence, CER process, business case development, KPI definition).
