Are you ready to make a meaningful impact in the world of agriculture? At AGCO, we're committed to bringing innovation to our farmers, and we're looking for a skilled Project Manager III - Cybersecurity to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing project planning and management leadership to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of global and regional projects. This will involve coordinating and completing projects, developing project timelines and resource plans, monitoring and summarizing progress, and ensuring buy-in from project stakeholders and process owners.

As a key member of our IT team, you will be responsible for ensuring appropriate resource utilization, managing issues, dependencies, and risks throughout the project lifecycle, and complying with project methodologies, plans, and budgets.

In addition to your technical skills, you will also be responsible for providing insights into big-picture budget and resource allocation, and for championing strong IT governance in the project management framework.

We're looking for someone with a strong background in IT and cybersecurity, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. If you're a motivated and organized individual with a passion for project management, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners and sponsors
  • Provide regular communication of portfolio status and ensure milestones and stage gates are defined and met
  • Champion strong IT governance in the project management framework and mentor project managers in its development and continuous improvement
  • Maintain and communicate overall IT cybersecurity portfolio, including financial tracking and oversight

Requirements:

  • Completed Bachelor's degree in IT or related area
  • Fluent English is mandatory (writing, translating, communicating)
  • 10+ years of project management experience in IT and cybersecurity
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of interacting with multiple levels of IT and business management
  • Understanding of project management methodologies, project estimation, system development lifecycle processes, and tools to define, set up, plan, and deliver business projects
  • Financial analysis skills (due diligence, CER process, business case development, KPI definition)

Workplace:

This position can be based in Canoas, RS/Brazil or Budapest/Hungary. The work format can be hybrid or remote.
