Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior IT Project Coordinator to support our team in overseeing and executing IT-related projects. This role involves coordinating project priorities, managing meetings, tracking deliverables, and ensuring milestones are met on time.

This is a great opportunity to contribute to impactful initiatives within a fast-paced, collaborative, and global environment. You will work closely with the Transition Manager to perform project management activities, including running small projects, coordinating project priorities across multiple tracks, and driving the project forward.

The ideal candidate brings strong project management capabilities, excellent communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft tools such as Project, Excel, Visio, and Teams. They should be able to analyze project needs, determine resources needed to meet objectives, and prioritize tasks effectively.

The successful candidate will have exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively at an executive level. They will also have strong negotiation ability, attention to detail, teamwork and interpersonal skills, multi-tasking and time-management skills, and the ability to work independently with little supervision.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong project management skills, including experience in organizing, planning, and managing large-scale projects.
  • Ability to analyze project needs and determine resources needed to meet objectives.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, leadership, time management skills.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage work and trade-offs against critical timelines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly developed skills in using MS applications, including Project, Visio, Excel, SharePoint, and Teams.
