Senior Project Coordinator

The Senior Project Coordinator is responsible for leading the planning and implementation of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key responsibilities include defining project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders, developing full-scale project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgeting, and assembling and coordinating project teams.
Additional responsibilities include managing project budgets and resources, planning and scheduling project timelines, tracking project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues that may impact project success, providing direction and support to project teams, and planning and assuring quality assurance for project deliverables.
Requirements for the role include higher education – bachelors in engineering, qualification in project management is preferred, excellent knowledge of English, good communication and interpersonal skills, capable of maintaining strong relationships, strong organizational and multi-tasking skills, excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, documentation management and ability to use project management tools, attention to details even under pressure, and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
Preferred qualifications for the role include experience in project management, from conception to delivery, and availability to work on site – Sao Paulo, Brazil.
