Project Coordinator Job

As a seasoned project coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the execution of multiple projects within a portfolio. Your responsibilities will include defining project team and stakeholder roles and responsibilities, identifying risks, and proactively mitigating them to ensure timely delivery.

Client Impact
  • Manage deliverable development and workstreams on multiple large, complex high-value projects across various industries, problem statements, and cultures.
  • Utilize proven project and change management methodologies and techniques to drive measurable value for clients.
  • Define scope, timelines, and budgets, and perform cost, benefit, and risk analyses.
  • Report on issues, risks, progress, and timelines, summarizing effectively and offering analysis, options, and credible solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Undergraduate degree.
  • Strong experience in IT environments project/program management leading enterprise-wide implementations.
  • Exposure to financial institutions or consultancies.
  • Ability to oversee complex projects involving cross-functional teams.
  • Experience managing clients or internal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in agile methodologies and practices.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks with multiple clients in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
