Job Title: Senior Business Consultant

We are seeking a skilled Senior Business Consultant to join our team. As a Senior Business Consultant, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and guidance on business processes to clients.

Responsibilities:
  • SUPPORT AND PARTICIPATE IN CUSTOMER IMPLEMENTATIONS THROUGH BLUEPRINT, DESIGN, IMPLEMENTATION, OPERATION, OPTIMIZATION AND UPGRADE PHASES OF THE SAP SOLUTION;
  • PROVIDE TECHNICAL PRODUCT EXPERTISE, GUIDANCE, AND INSTRUCTION ON SAP PRODUCTS;
  • SUPPORT TEAM MEMBERS IN THE DEVELOPMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION OF TECHNICAL SOLUTIONS;
  • MAINTAIN A HIGH DEGREE OF CUSTOMER SATISFACTION IN ADDITION TO GROWING AND DEVELOPING REFERENCEABLE CUSTOMERS;
  • MANAGE MULTIPLE TASKS, WORK IN A TEAM ENVIRONMENT, UNDERSTAND AND BE RESPONSIVE TO PROJECT AND CUSTOMER NEEDS;
  • ADAPT AND FUNCTION EFFECTIVELY IN A FAST-PACED, CHANGING ENVIRONMENT WHILE WORKING AGAINST DEADLINES;
  • TAKING INITIATIVE, DRIVING RESULTS, AND ACCEPTING INCREASING LEVELS OF RESPONSIBILITY;
Requirements:
  • STRONG EXPERIENCE IN SERVICE DELIVERY;
  • PREFERANCE FOR COMPLETION OF SAP COURSE OR PROJECT WORK THROUGH ACADEMICS;
  • Able to work as a team player yet can work independently;
  • Analytical, results-driven, and have a solution-oriented approach;
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills including verbal, written presentation, and listening;
  • EXPERIENCE IN WORKING IN A DISTRIBUTED PROJECT SETUP ACROSS GEOGRAPHICAL LOCATIONS;
  • Excellent communication, presentation, independent decision making, and networking skills;
  • Experience in handling customers and driving innovation.
Technical Skills:
  • Working knowledge (installing...) of Operating Systems (Windows, Unix, and Linux);
  • Strong experience in migration and upgrades project, working with Hyperscalers and on premise;
  • Knowledge/Experience with SQL, Database Management, Programming, System Administration, Security, and Networking;
  • Knowledge of AWS, GCP, or Azure is a must;
  • Understanding of relational databases like HANA Platform, Oracle, MS SQL Server, Sybase, MaxDB, DB2 etc.
