Entrepreneurial Loan Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced loan specialist to join our mortgage team. As an entrepreneurial loan specialist, you will have the opportunity to work independently and manage your own business under our umbrella.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish strong relationships with referral partners such as real estate agents, accountants, and financial advisors
  • Maintain a database of past clients for marketing purposes
  • Closing at least 3-5 units per month
Requirements:
  • Active NMLS/MLO license
  • Strong knowledge of lending regulations and industry best practices
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Analytical mindset with ability to assess complex financial information
  • Sales-oriented mindset with commitment to achieving targets
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Proficient in relevant software and tools
