At LaBella, we're looking for a skilled Construction Inspector to join our team.

">Job Description

This position involves conducting construction field inspections, ensuring compliance with contract plans and specifications. The successful candidate will have strong interpersonal skills and be able to interact effectively with project safety supervisors and construction work foremen.

They will also be responsible for record keeping and reporting, interpreting contract plans and specifications, and applying their knowledge of construction activities, equipment, and products.

  • Must hold a NICET Level II Certification or have relevant experience in highway construction project inspection and related work.
  • Alternatively, an Associate degree in Civil Engineering, Civil Engineering Technology, Construction Engineering, Construction Engineering Technology, Construction Management, Engineering Technology, or Engineering Management is required, along with relevant experience.

The selected candidate will also be responsible for assuring a safe work zone for work crews and the traveling public alike.
