Project Management Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the execution of large-scale civil construction projects, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate site progress, procurement, and project planning activities.
  • Review and interpret technical documents, including civil engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Manage material submittals, RFIs, method statements, and risk assessments to ensure accurate execution.
  • Monitor site safety procedures, quality standards, and timelines, resolving technical and site-related issues proactively.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
  • 5–10 years of relevant experience in large-scale civil construction projects.
  • Strong technical understanding of concrete, formwork, structural works, and finishing.
  • Familiarity with construction codes, safety regulations, and QA/QC procedures.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project planning tools.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
About the Role:

The Project Delivery function oversees execution, programme coordination, stakeholder engagement, and quality control across all phases of construction.

The project delivery function works closely with Planning, Commercial, Procurement, QA/QC, HSE, and Site Operations to ensure flawless execution.
