Job Overview

The Site Manager is a key leadership role that oversees all finishing aspects of construction projects, ensuring timely delivery to the highest quality standards.

This senior-level position is responsible for managing complex construction projects from start to finish, ensuring seamless project execution and excellent customer satisfaction.

  • Develop and control comprehensive site plans, accurately calculating required human and material resources.
  • Create, implement, and enforce robust Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) protocols on site.
  • Lead and motivate cross-functional construction teams, fostering clear communication and high performance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to monitor and control project costs, addressing any anomalies.
  • Establish and maintain a quality management system and control plan for finishing works.
  • Liaise with clients, authorities, and stakeholders to provide timely project updates.
  • Interpret and apply technical drawings, contract requirements, and regulatory guidelines effectively.
  • Monitor productivity and progress, ensuring accurate measurement and recording of works.
  • Manage testing of technical components, interpreting results and implementing corrective actions.
  • Plan and prepare for upcoming contracts, including tender revision, scheduling, and site setup.
