Civil Construction Project Modelers play a pivotal role in the development and execution of construction projects.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and managing BIM models, ensuring they are accurate, up-to-date and compliant with industry standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing tender documents and IFC BIM models to ensure alignment with project requirements
  • Leading the BIM modeling efforts and mentoring a team of modelers
  • Preparing BIM models and generating general arrangement plans, diagrams, sections, elevations and schedules using Revit software
  • Maintaining and optimizing BIM models to ensure healthy, coordinated models
  • Coordinating with design teams to support modeling from 2D CAD plans and construction documents
  • Conducting clash detection and supporting clash avoidance measures
  • Assisting stakeholders with the development and updating of construction documents

The successful candidate will have a strong background in architecture or civil engineering, with a minimum of 3 years experience as a BIM Modeler in GCC countries. Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is essential, as well as advanced knowledge of BIM fundamentals, principles and workflows. Experience working in a collaborative shared environment and good written and spoken English skills are also required.
