In this position, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality of our software products by defining testing scopes, guiding teams on QA aspects, and adhering to defined processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Clearly document and articulate problem statements, business needs, and process flows using tools like Jira and bug tracking systems.
- Configure and set up products/orders and functional requirements using e-commerce platforms.
- Report bugs effectively, adding step-by-step evidence, environments, and details according to quality assurance standards.
- Communicate clearly with customers or developers in English and report issues efficiently.
- Suggest innovations and improvements in quality processes.
- Manage time and plan test execution efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications
