Join Our Team

We're seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our mobile application development team. As a key member of our IT organization, you'll be responsible for overseeing the development and maintenance of our mobile applications to ensure alignment with business goals and enterprise architecture.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the development and maintenance of mobile applications in our ecosystem.
  • Manage and mentor a team of mobile developers.
  • Act as the Agile Product Owner, defining product vision and backlog priorities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Oversee the development and delivery of mobile applications.
  • Ensure adherence to agile methodologies and promote agile excellence within the team.
  • Ensure best practices in code quality, performance, and security within the team.
  • Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Manage timelines, resources, and budgets, ensuring timely and within-scope delivery.
  • Drive technical strategy and decision-making, ensuring the adoption of modern technologies and methodologies.

Key Qualifications and Experiences:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Management Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
  • 7+ years of leadership experience with large, global IT teams, focusing on the development lifecycle within product teams.
  • 10+ years of experience in mobile development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong expertise in mobile development frameworks such as React Native.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proven experience managing and mentoring a team of developers.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make strategic decisions.
  • 3+ years of demonstrable experience in Agile and Product team workflows, including epics, features, stories, sprints, and backlog management.
  • Financial Fluency: P&L understanding, Business case development, OKRs, KPIs.
  • Strong sense of urgency in delivering results and high cross-cultural awareness and sensitivity.
  • Proven ability to lead global application delivery in a 24x7 business and secure operating environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and passion for product development.
  • Professional attitude and service orientation; team player.
