Job Title: Safety Risk Manager

This position involves designing a comprehensive framework for a robust safety ecosystem. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing in-app safety strategies, monitoring risk trends, and addressing ongoing safety issues.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Safety Framework Development: Develop a delivery safety management system to prevent risks, respond to incidents, and review post-event activities.
  • Safety Product Implementation: Implement core safety products and technologies for end-to-end risk management.
  • Safety Monitoring Systems: Design real-time safety monitoring systems for high-risk zones and anomaly detection.
  • In-App Safety Features: Design and manage in-app safety features to reduce incidents and ensure rapid response and clear accountability.
  • Safety Performance Metrics: Monitor KPIs such as incident rates, response times, and user complaints to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience in delivering safety solutions and building security systems from scratch.
  • Cultural Understanding: Deep understanding of diverse cultural contexts and ability to design localized solutions for region-specific challenges.
  • Win-Win Mechanisms: Capability to establish win-win safety mechanisms in legally ambiguous environments.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in Portuguese and English.
