We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative GenAI Architect to lead the development and
implementation of cutting-edge AI solutions on Google Cloud Platform. This role requires a deep
understanding of generative AI models, machine learning, and GCP-native technologies. The ideal
candidate will have hands-on experience with OpenAI models, LangChain, and Vertex AI, as well as a strong foundation in observability tools like LangFuse, LangSmith and AI security practices.
Responsibilities:
Architecture Design: Design and develop robust and scalable AI architectures that leverage the power of generative AI models on GCP.
Model Selection and Fine-tuning: Evaluate and select appropriate AI models (e.g., PaLM 2, Gemini via Vertex AI), and fine-tune them using GCP-native tools to meet specific business requirements.
Prompt Engineering: Develop effective prompting strategies to elicit desired outputs from AI models, using Vertex AI's prompt tuning and APIs.
Integration with Cloud Platforms: Integrate AI solutions with GCP services such as Vertex AI, BigQuery, Cloud Functions, and Cloud Run, optimizing for performance and cost-efficiency.
Observability and Monitoring: Implement robust monitoring using Cloud Logging, Cloud Monitoring, and tools like LangFuse to track model performance and identify potential issues.
Data Engineering: Collaborate with data engineers leveraging BigQuery, Dataflow, and Pub/Sub to
ensure the availability of high-quality data for training and inference.
Team Leadership: Mentor and guide team members in the adoption of AI best practices and GCP
services.
Stay Updated: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI and machine learning, especially those within the GCP ecosystem, and explore innovative applications for the organization.
Required Skills and Experience:
Strong understanding of generative AI models, including large language models, text-to-image models, and more.
Hands-on experience with OpenAI models, LangChain, and Vertex AI / GCP GenAI Studio.
Proficiency in Python programming language.
Experience with GCP and its AI/ML services (e.g., Vertex AI, BigQuery ML, AutoML, Dataflow).
Knowledge of data engineering concepts and tools in the GCP ecosystem.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
