Key Role Summary

This role is a vital position within the organization, responsible for analyzing data to inform business decisions. The Data & Business Analyst will be working closely with cross-functional teams to drive growth and optimize campaign performance.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, with experience in building dashboards and deriving insights from data. They should also possess excellent communication skills and be able to translate complex data into actionable recommendations.

The role requires collaboration with various teams, including Growth, Product, and Revenue Ops, to ensure alignment on key metrics and reporting consistency.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Data & Business Analyst. As a key member of the Partnerships team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining dashboards to track performance across all sources and MMPs.

  • Build and maintain data visualization tools to track performance metrics.
  • Develop and evolve key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate partner performance.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities in source performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth and optimize campaign performance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in data analytics, business analysis, or related roles.
  • Strong analytical skills: ability to work with datasets, build dashboards, and derive insights.
  • Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools and SQL.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Fluent in English.
