The role of the Dry Type Transformer Product Lead involves overseeing the development of dry-type transformers, focusing on quality, timelines, and technical excellence.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project requirements and schedules are met.
- Establish effective communication plans and manage change requests.
- Drive collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Promote the dry-type transformer portfolio internally and externally.
- Provide market insights and proposals for future developments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, implement and deliver new technology and product developments for dry-type transformers.
- Support implementation of developed solutions in factories and delivery projects.
- Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.
Requirements:
- Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Project Management training (required).
- PMI/PMBOK certification (a plus).
- Advanced English (required); Spanish (a plus).
- Knowledge of MS Project and Office Suite.
- Knowledge of transformers (a plus).
