Dry-Type Transformer Development Specialist
The OpportunityWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead the development of dry-type transformers. As a key member of our R&D team, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and delivering new technology and product developments that meet the highest standards of quality and technical excellence.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement innovative solutions for dry-type transformer design, materials, and manufacturing processes.
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure project requirements and schedules are met, while maintaining a focus on quality, timelines, and technical excellence.
- Establish effective communication plans and manage change requests to ensure smooth project execution.
- Promote the dry-type transformer portfolio internally and externally through market insights and proposals for future developments.
- Build and expand relationships with stakeholders, universities, and partners to drive innovation and growth.
- Ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
- Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Experience in Project Management (required).
- PMI/PMBOK certification (a plus).
- Advanced English (required); Spanish (a plus).
- Knowledge of MS Project and Office Suite.
- Knowledge of transformers (a plus).
