Project Manager for Dry-Type Transformer Development
As a Project Manager, you will lead the development of new technology and product developments for dry-type transformers. This role is responsible for planning, implementing, and delivering projects that meet quality, timelines, and technical excellence standards.
You will coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project requirements and schedules are met. Effective communication plans will be established, and change requests managed. Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders will be driven, and support provided for the implementation of developed solutions in factories and delivery projects.
Promotion of the dry-type transformer portfolio internally and externally will be a key responsibility. Market insights and proposals for future developments will also be provided.
A strong relationship with stakeholders, universities, and partners will be developed and expanded. Compliance with applicable regulations, procedures, and guidelines will be ensured.
Requirements:- Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Project Management training (required).
- PMI/PMBOK certification (a plus).
- Advanced English (required); Spanish (a plus).
- Knowledge of MS Project and Office Suite.
- Knowledge of transformers (a plus).
