We are seeking an experienced R&D Mechanical Engineer to join our team in Blumenau, Brazil. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the development of dry-type transformers and work closely with global engineering experts.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Mechanical Engineering and hands-on experience with mechanical prototyping, flow, fluid circulation, and thermodynamics.
This role requires excellent communication skills, both spoken and written, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
The successful candidate will be responsible for proposing improvements to the mechanical design of dry-type transformers, defining experiments to validate new solutions, and supervising the manufacturing and testing of prototypes.

Key Responsibilities:- Propose improvements to the mechanical design of dry-type transformers.
- Define experiments to validate new solutions.

- Document results and define design rules.
- Support fellow R&D colleagues in various projects.
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
