About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to join our team. As a Salesforce Solution Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable Salesforce CRM solutions that meet the needs of our business. You will work closely with our development teams to refine product backlog items and ensure that our Salesforce solutions are of the highest quality.

Main Responsibilities
  • Owns all technical design aspects of CRM, including technical leadership in Salesforce CRM architecture and scalability.
  • Architectural design and performance optimization, including developing and maintaining a flexible, high-performance architecture for Salesforce CRM.
  • Product backlog and release management, including actively managing the Salesforce CRM product backlog and creating detailed technical release plans.
  • Technical collaboration and refinement, including working closely with development teams to refine product backlog items.
  • Quality assurance and technical review, including upholding deliverable quality through rigorous technical reviews.
Key Qualifications and Experiences
  • 10+ years of experience in developing complex Salesforce solutions across various clouds (Sales, Service, Marketing) with a deep command of Salesforce Lightning, Apex programming, and security practices.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Advanced Salesforce architecture and security, including expert-level knowledge of Salesforce's cloud architecture and event-driven framework.
  • Agile and strategic Salesforce development, including proficiency in Agile methodologies tailored for Salesforce.
  • Senior leadership and global team management, including over 7 years of leadership experience with large, global IT teams.
