About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Solution Architect to join our team at Kimberly-Clark. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable Salesforce CRM solutions that meet our business needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce CRM solutions, ensuring robust architecture and high-quality code.
  • Develop and maintain a flexible, high-performance architecture for Salesforce CRM, considering future growth and integration requirements.
  • Actively manage the Salesforce CRM product backlog and create detailed technical release plans.
  • Work closely with development teams to refine Product Backlog Items with detailed technical specifications and estimates.
  • Uphold deliverable quality through rigorous technical reviews and adherence to best practices.
  • Lead technical collaboration across functions and foster a culture of continuous improvement and technical mastery within the Salesforce CRM team.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in developing complex Salesforce solutions across various clouds.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Advanced Salesforce architecture and security expertise.
  • Agile and strategic Salesforce development skills.
  • Senior leadership and global team management experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
