Cloud Infrastructure Specialist

As a DevOps Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our technology infrastructure. Your primary goal will be to deliver high-quality services that meet customer expectations.
Key responsibilities include adhering to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies. You will also be expected to ensure positive customer experiences through First Call Resolution and minimize rejected resolutions / Reopen Cases.
Furthermore, you will participate in the creation of proposals to drive Service improvement plans and independently resolve tickets to meet agreed SLA of ticket volume and time for the team.
You will also provide support for on-call escalations/L3 level support and do incident/problem management.
Required Skills and QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: Proven experience as a DevOps Reliability Engineer or similar role.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, particularly AWS.
- Proficiency in DevOps tools and practices.
- Experience with Jenkins for CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of infrastructure as code tools, especially Terraform.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Languages: Portuguese and English.
