Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our engineering team as a Platform Operations Engineer.

This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with hands-on experience in cloud infrastructure and platform operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the design, operation, and improvement of our AWS platform infrastructure to ensure robustness, security, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, operate, and improve AWS platform infrastructure
  • Manage and optimize CI/CD pipelines, observability, cost monitoring, and system reliability
  • Collaborate with backend engineers to develop and maintain APIs and backend services
  • Write comprehensive unit and integration tests
  • Participate in code reviews and peer programming
  • Produce technical requirements documents and system designs
  • Collaborate with other teams to align platform development with business needs
  • Mentor junior engineers and guide best practices
  • Provide on-call support rotation for platform stability

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of backend engineering experience
  • 2+ years of professional experience in platform operations, cloud infrastructure, or DevOps
  • Real-world experience with SQL and cloud-based data systems
  • Proficiency in AWS services
  • Infrastructure as Code expertise
  • Experience with container orchestration and infrastructure automation
  • Familiarity with observability stacks
  • Strong leadership in technical strategy and platform design
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
