Senior Quality Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our quality management function, ensuring the delivery of high-quality products and services that meet customer expectations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for strategic leadership and hands-on engagement to identify and eliminate risk areas and quality issues associated with customer dissatisfaction.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide expert guidance and support to teams in identifying and mitigating potential risks and quality concerns.
- Develop and deliver quality-focused solutions, tools, and services on time.
- Facilitate root cause analyses (RCAs, FMEAs) as required, ensuring desired results.
- Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders in key operations and development functions.
- Lead global quality governance and monitor project performance in cooperation with the Project Manager/Production manager/Product Owner, ensuring preventive and corrective actions are implemented.
- Mentor and coach individuals from Engineering and Operational teams on the use of quality processes, quality tools, metrics, etc.
- Assist groups throughout the organization with process creation, improvement, metrics, document management, and other goals as defined by quality deliverables.
- Ensure enhanced customer satisfaction and increased process efficiency through quality improvements efforts.
