We are seeking an exceptional Human Resources Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of 2 to 3 people and contributing to overall factory operations and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with labor, health, and safety regulations
  • Assist managers in defining roles and coordinate with the Supply Chain Operations business partner
  • Participate in the recruitment process for Blue Collar employees
  • Support HR Business Partners in driving local employee engagement initiatives, succession planning, and more
  • Oversee the quality and implementation of benefits, focusing on the Blue-Collar benefits package
  • Facilitate the payroll process by ensuring accurate reporting, analysis, and legal compliance regarding overtime and shift hours
  • Lead Performance Management for Blue Collar employees
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or related fields
  • Strong knowledge and experience of HR processes, including payroll, recruitment, and rewards
  • In-depth understanding of local labor laws and experience managing relations with government authorities
  • English proficiency is mandatory
  • Experience in a factory environment
