Human Resources Manager
Description:We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Manager to join our team. As a key member of our factory management team, you will contribute to overall operations and decision-making. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure compliance with labor, health, and safety regulations where applicable.
You will also assist managers in defining roles and coordinate with the Supply Chain Operations business partner; participate in the recruitment process for Blue Collar employees. In addition, you will support HR Business Partners in driving local employee engagement initiatives, succession planning, and more.
Your responsibilities will include overseeing the quality and implementation of benefits, focusing on the Blue-Collar benefits package and any necessary adjustments. You will also facilitate the payroll process by ensuring accurate reporting, analysis, and legal compliance regarding overtime and shift hours.
Lead Performance Management for Blue Collar employees and address training needs based on Individual Development Plans and the factory's training plan. Drive Performance Management for Blue Collar employees in alignment with the Develop Management process, ensuring a balanced mix of team and individual objectives to support World Class Manufacturing (WCM) or Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) involvement and factory performance/KPIs.
Act as the primary liaison with local government authorities, such as social security and the labor ministry. Represent the company in internal and external audits, as well as in interactions with unions and other entities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or related fields
- Strong knowledge and experience of HR processes, including payroll, recruitment, and rewards
- In-depth understanding of local labor laws and experience managing relations with government authorities
- English proficiency is mandatory
- Experience in a factory environment
- Ability to navigate all levels of the organization effectively
