Client Experience Specialist

As a Client Experience Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in elevating the client experience across all channels and driving brand impact through key sponsorships and events.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and lead online and offline marketing campaigns to engage clients and enhance brand visibility.
  • Maintain Citi's website up-to-date and relevant to our target audience, ensuring seamless user experience.
  • Manage sponsorships, client communications, and vendor relationships to ensure successful execution of marketing projects.
  • Collaborate with agencies and internal departments to execute strategic marketing plans.
  • Coordinate internal approvals and monitor KPIs to drive strategy and achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Level: Experienced professional (C12)
  • Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in Marketing, with expertise in digital and offline marketing
  • Strong verbal and written English skills, with excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced corporate environment
