Clinical Research Associate II Position Summary:

This is an opportunity to work as a clinical research associate, ensuring the quality and integrity of data from clinical trials. You will oversee site initiation visits, monitoring visits, and close-out activities at assigned clinical sites.

Your primary responsibility will be to build relationships with site staff, identify and address potential issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive productivity and quality.

The ideal candidate will have experience in oncology trials, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to perform all clinical monitoring activities independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting qualification visits, site initiation visits, monitoring visits, and termination visits at assigned clinical sites
  • Building relationships with site staff to promote rapport and facilitate issue resolution
  • Developing patient recruitment strategies to meet enrollment timelines while ensuring compliance with SOPs, protocols, GCP, and regulatory requirements
  • Evaluating the quality and integrity of reported data, site efficacy, and drug accountability
  • Monitoring completeness and quality of regulatory documentation and performing site document verification

Qualifications:

  • Site management or equivalent experience in clinical research with understanding of clinical trials methodology and terminology
  • Experience working in oncology trials
  • Ability to perform all clinical monitoring activities independently
  • Bachelor's degree in biological science, pharmacy, or other health-related discipline
  • Strong computer skills, including knowledge of CTMS, EDMS, and MS-Office products
