Job Title: Customized System Developer

As a seasoned professional in software development, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our company by designing and developing innovative systems in an agile environment.

">Key Responsibilities:
  1. Define technical solutions for implementing projects;
  2. Develop on customized platforms using C/C++ with Oracle database (e.g., batch processes, opcodes, policies);
  3. Expose opcodes as web services REST for consumption;
  4. Configure systems including items like class extensions/fields, product catalogs (recurrent, one-time, usage), pipeline manager, invoices/reports in BI Publisher, charge rule, accounting, payments;
  5. Define batch chains (pre-reqs);
  6. Implement solutions, create technical documents, and review codes;
  7. Collaborate with the team to gather technical requirements and create customized solutions following best practices;
  8. Support other developers in the team;
  9. Report activities and estimates to the project manager and be responsible for technical solutions;
  10. Prepare deployment packages and perform deployments;
  11. Identify problems and impacts (adaptability) of proposed solutions;
  12. Work structured in development, QA, and UAT environments focused on implementation;
  13. Support functional teams with technical backing;
  14. Work on agile projects (Scrum, SAFe).
">Required Technical and Professional Expertise:
  1. Experience in system development/configuration (opcodes, MTA architecture, pin.conf files, tools, BRM frontends) and BI Publisher;
  2. Experience in C/C++ programming language, Unix, Oracle databases, shell scripts, and REST services implementation in BRM;
  3. Knowledge of Oracle BRM architecture (e.g., CM, DM);
  4. Knowledge of telecommunications billing;
  5. Knowledge of BRM data model and class extensions/field extensions in BRM;
  6. Knowledge of data structures and object-oriented programming;
  7. Experience in agile methodology (Scrum, SAFe);
  8. Experience in configuring invoices and reports in BI Publisher;
  9. Experience in Oracle BRM version 12 cloud native;
  10. Experience in DevOps, CI/CD;
  11. Experience in Docker/Kubernetes;
  12. Knowledge of ETL tools and orchestration concepts;
  13. Ability to interact with business areas and understand business processes;
  14. Interpersonal relationships and teamwork skills;
  15. Good writing and organization skills.
