We are seeking an ambitious and proactive professional to join our Scheme Operations team as a Card Scheme Compliance Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the compliance of our merchants with card scheme regulations.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational strategies to monitor merchant portfolios against card scheme rules.
- Process Enhancement: Drive process improvements and automation on workflows.
- Manage non-compliance notifications from the card schemes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to establish strategies that align with global objectives.
- Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in payment industries, including scheme rules, such as Acquirers, Fintechs or Card Network Company.
- Fluent level of Portuguese and English, both written and spoken. Spanish is a plus.
