  • Familiarity with configuring human resources processes across different SF modules.
  • Experience with integrating SF with other systems, as well as various implementation scenarios for Brazil-based localization.
  • Knowledge of best practices integrated into software.
  • Ability to use official implementation methodologies.
  • Conduct workshops to define organizational structure, identify key elements, advantages, and disadvantages.
  • Familiarity with Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll, Talent, Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning Management, and Workforce configurations.
  • Proficiency in ABAP/SCPI/FOIRI development.
