Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Solutions Developer to lead efforts in developing, implementing, and sustaining solutions to business problems. This role requires expertise in improving business processes, developing systems, and promoting system adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the reengineering and optimization of business processes and systems by assessing business needs and proposing technology solution options.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in business processes, identifying areas for improvement and development.
- Develop and implement information systems to meet business process requirements.
- Manage enhancements and small to medium-sized projects.
- Configure and test systems to execute features, integration, and reporting.
- Serve as a liaison between business process owners, enabling seamless collaboration and communication.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business process improvement and system development.
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in software development and system implementation.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders.
