Senior IT Solutions Specialist

This role involves defining and establishing target solutions for SAP Production Planning & Quality, starting from conceptual visions and evolving into concrete solution specifications.
As a senior specialist, you will make high-level design choices based on business strategy and dictate standards, guidelines, best practices, and patterns.
You will understand business requirements, prepare or review specifications, work effectively with other functional and technical team members, make recommendations, and converge all requirements into one or several solutions.
Key roles involved in this position include:
1. Gatekeeper of production planning & execution processes, ensuring integration with the rest of the ecosystem.
- Translate business needs into effective solutions.
- Design cross-process flows with other team members.
- Work closely and confidently with various departments.
2. Trusted partner for long-term & continuous improvement.
- Manage business relationships to define target priorities and business value.
- Ensure communication and be responsible for measurable KPIs.
- Animate, inform, communicate, enhance, anticipate, and perform with other domains to ensure end-to-end design.
3. Part of the company implementing worldwide initiatives, onboarded as project team member in S/4 worldwide roadmap.
- Responsible for SAP production planning & quality processes, including integration with other flows.
- Make solution design decisions as owner of SAP production planning & execution solution & processes.
- Enable long-term value by proposing solution improvements.
This position requires experience in IT best practices, good experience in SAP PP (Production) and SAP QM (Quality Management), medium experience in SAP IM (Inventory Management), and basic experience in SAP Integration, SAP Fiori, JIRA, and ServiceNow.
A successful candidate should possess excellent analytical skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills.
