Job Summary

This role involves working closely with customers to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions to business challenges.

You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to gather requirements, document processes, and communicate findings. Key responsibilities include collecting and documenting business needs, analyzing data to identify trends and insights, suggesting process improvements, creating reports and presentations for stakeholders, and contributing to the implementation of solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Understand customer objectives, products, and services to provide recommendations for specific needs
  • Plan, conduct, and facilitate sessions for business requirement gathering
  • Adapt and apply different methodologies based on project specifics
  • Contribute to business case development, including cost-benefit analysis and risk assessment
  • Analyze and manage requirement risk, traceability matrices, and prioritize requirements
  • Perform quality review checks on project deliverables
  • Participate in test plan development, testing, implementation, and training activities
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, engineering, or science
  • Professional experience in a related role or demonstrated competency utilizing relevant technologies
  • Balance between business acumen and technical affinity
  • Innovative problem-solving skills with a creative approach
