A senior business solutions specialist leads the analysis and documentation of business requirements for IT systems and digital solutions, driving process improvements and technology enhancements. Key responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders to identify opportunities for growth, translating business needs into functional specifications and user stories, facilitating workshops and meetings to gather and validate requirements, and ensuring solutions align with business goals.
">Key qualifications include experience as a business analyst in IT or related fields, proven track record in delivering complex IT projects across multiple domains, strong background in requirements gathering, process modeling, and documentation, familiarity with enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, or custom platforms, experience working with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams, and exposure to data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence tools.
">Required Skills and Qualifications:
">- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio)
- Skilled in using tools like Azure DevOps, JIRA, ServiceNow or similar
- Familiarity with SQL and data querying tools
- Understanding of APIs, system integrations, and data flows
- Fluency in English
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
