Service Professional Role

We are seeking a skilled Service Professional to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and support to our clients.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Participate in various training programs to enhance technical expertise and comprehensive service capabilities.
  • Develop and implement plans for spare parts management.
  • Document equipment quality issues and suggest improvements.
  • Assist colleagues with on-site inventory of spare parts warehouse.
  • Foster a culture of safety within the organization and ensure compliance with customer safety policies.
  • Install, repair, and maintain machinery and related equipment.
  • Perform regular safety checks on equipment.
  • Implement company procedures and provide customer training.
  • Troubleshoot machine failures and performance issues.
  • Order replacement parts and document worn parts for future replacement.
  • Respond promptly to customer problems via phone or onsite.
  • Provide maintenance and operation recommendations or on-site service to customers.
  • Document key contacts and workload of machines.
  • Offer after-sales service and technical training to customers and agents.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, automation, or plastic materials.
  • Background: 2 years of experience in injection molding machine industry or related field.
  • Abilities: Ability to communicate effectively in English, drive a car, use computers, and understand mechanical drawings and electrical/hydraulic schematics.
