This is a unique opportunity for a recent graduate to join our in-house legal team and work on various transactional matters. The role involves working with commercial contracts, providing legal support to internal clients, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Reporting to the global general counsel
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts with customers and vendors
- Providing legal support to internal clients across the organization
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support company initiatives
- Exceptional academic record from high school and university
- Law degree or equivalent, and active license to practice law or progress towards it
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills for a fast-paced environment
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Passion for technology, demonstrated through personal initiatives and projects
- Professional written and spoken English, with excellent drafting and presentation skills
- Confidence in speaking up and sharing ideas without hesitation
- Appreciative of diversity and effective in a multicultural organization
- Excellent interpersonal skills, curiosity, flexibility, and accountability
- Result-oriented and self-motivated
