Data Scientist for Real-Time Ad Decisioning

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Machine Learning Engineer to drive innovation in recommendation systems and advertising algorithms. Our ideal candidate will leverage expertise in machine learning, software development, and data analysis to build scalable infrastructure supporting real-time ad decisioning across millions of requests per day.
About the RoleAs a key member of our engineering team, you will work closely with global teams to design, deploy, and refine machine learning systems that optimize revenue while enhancing user experience.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and scale advanced advertising algorithms that maximize engagement and revenue simultaneously
- Apply cutting-edge machine learning approaches (e.g., reinforcement learning, deep learning for ranking) to improve ad performance
- Build high-performance infrastructure to support real-time ad decisioning
- Conduct rigorous experiments (A/B and multivariate tests) to measure model impact on business key performance indicators
- 5+ years of software development and machine learning engineering experience
- Proven expertise in one or more machine learning areas: Recommendation Systems, Advertising Algorithms, Natural Language Processing, or Computer Vision
- Proficiency with Python, SQL, and modern machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch)
