Role Overview:

  • As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for driving business growth by generating new sales opportunities and closing deals in a remote environment.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in consultative inside sales and a proven track record of quota attainment and closing abilities. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are also essential.

You will work closely with marketing and field sales teams to identify opportunities and cross-sell services. Accurate sales data maintenance in CRM and staying updated on services are also key responsibilities.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Drive Growth: Propose and close new contracts, meet revenue goals, ensure client satisfaction
  2. Build Relationships: Engage with decision-makers to understand needs and align services
  3. Prospect Aggressively: Use social media, email, cold calling, and multi-channel outreach
  4. Collaborate Across Teams: Work with marketing and field sales to identify opportunities and cross-sell
  5. Stay Organized: Maintain accurate sales data in CRM and stay updated on services

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years in a consultative inside sales role
  • 1+ year selling assurance services is a plus
  • Proven quota attainment and closing abilities
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • CRM experience (Salesforce) and MS Office
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese
