Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Home Health Aide to provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living for patients in their homes.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with a compassionate and caring approach to patient care.

This part-time position offers flexible scheduling and a competitive hourly rate. You will also receive paid time off, paid uniforms, and opportunities for pay increases after 6 months and 1 year of service.

  • Personal Care: Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Light Housekeeping: Perform light housekeeping duties such as laundry, cleaning, and meal preparation.
  • Transportation Assistance: Provide transportation assistance and accompaniment for patients as needed.
  • Patient Monitoring: Monitor patient well-being and report any changes or concerns to the relevant authorities.

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
  • Car insurance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A compassionate and caring approach to patient care.

Requirements
