Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing and analyzing financial statements, reports, and budgets to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Supporting the finance team in daily accounting tasks, including data entry, reconciliations, and processing invoices.
  • Conducting financial analysis using Excel, including data manipulation, pivot tables, and formula development.
  • Assisting with month-end and quarter-end financial close processes to ensure timely completion.
  • Compiling financial data for internal and external reporting purposes.
  • Participating in financial audits by organizing and reviewing necessary documents.
  • Assisting with expense tracking, budget monitoring, and forecasting activities to inform business decisions.
  • Performing ad hoc financial research and analysis as required by the finance team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including experience with formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with the team.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude to drive business results.
