We are seeking a seasoned accounting professional to fill the role of Accounting Manager in our organization.

About the Role

This position is ideal for an experienced individual with expertise in IFRS, US GAAP, and technical accounting matters. The successful candidate will have experience in providing technical accounting advisory services, including IFRS and US GAAP conversions, financial statement preparation, and complex transaction analysis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Accounting Advisory Services: Provide expert advice on IFRS and US GAAP conversions, financial statement preparation, and complex transaction analysis.
  • Advisory Engagements: Assist in engagements related to financial reporting, internal controls, and accounting policy implementations.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Support CFOs, Controllers, and Finance teams with regulatory compliance, GAAP conversions, and implementation of new accounting standards.
  • M&A Transactions: Assist in M&A transactions by supporting purchase accounting, due diligence, and post-merger financial reporting.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Experience: 7+ years in accounting advisory, financial reporting, or external audit.
  • Big Four or Global Advisory Firm Experience: Preferred.
  • Knowledge: Strong knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP, and other international accounting frameworks.
  • Certification: CPA, Chartered Accountant, or equivalent certification required (or in progress).
  • Industry Exposure: Exposure to multiple industries (e.g., SaaS, manufacturing, retail, infrastructure) is a plus.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects.
