We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Manager to oversee the accurate and timely processing of employee payrolls. The successful candidate will be responsible for verifying attendance, overtime, and other relevant data to ensure precise calculation of wages.
The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills to collaborate with the HR team and finance department.
A strong understanding of local tax regulations and labor laws is essential to ensure compliance. Additionally, the ability to generate payroll reports and respond to employee inquiries in a timely and professional manner is crucial.
The Payroll Manager will also be responsible for coordinating with the finance and accounting departments to reconcile payroll transactions and stay updated on changes in payroll regulations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll processing.
- Proficiency in payroll software.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
