About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity to take on a pivotal position as a Regional Commercialization Leader, driving commercial success within the designated region. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for launching and commercializing Western Union products, maximizing market penetration, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction.

You will lead cross-functional collaboration, conduct market analysis, and effectively manage stakeholders, defining and executing regional commercialization strategies that align with business objectives and product roadmaps.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Identify market opportunities, target segments, and competitive landscapes to drive successful product launches and market penetration.
  • Support and coordinate launch activities, ensuring market insights and analysis inform commercialization efforts.
  • Leverage market research and analysis to confirm customer needs, trends, and competitive dynamics, delivering successful outcomes.
  • Utilize insights on customer behavior, preferences, and buying patterns to inform commercial strategies.
  • Collaborate with product sales teams and operations to develop sales enablement materials, training programs, and tools.
  • Work with marketing to support go-to-market activities and coordinate delivery teams for timely outputs.
  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for commercial activities, identifying opportunities to optimize processes and enhance efficiency.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field, plus 5-7 years of experience in product commercialization or a related field.
  • Proven experience in driving commercial success, with a strong understanding of market dynamics and customer behavior.
  • Exceptional leadership and project management skills, with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.
  • An analytical mindset, translating data into actionable insights and strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
