As a key member of the Americas Sales Operations team, you will lead analytics and data science projects to transform complex business data into actionable commercial insights. Develop and implement statistical models, machine learning algorithms, and predictive analytics solutions for sales forecasting, pipeline optimization, and customer behavior analysis.

Partner with sales leadership to identify analytical opportunities and translate statistical findings into practical business strategies that drive measurable revenue growth.

• Develop and implement statistical models and machine learning algorithms using Python, R, SQL, and business intelligence platforms
• Build automated data pipelines and reporting systems to enhance commercial decision-making
• Lead data science projects including customer segmentation, pricing analytics, and churn prediction to support commercial strategy decisions
• Analyze sales performance metrics and market trends, delivering actionable insights and recommendations to sales leadership and management teams
• Develop custom analytical frameworks and business intelligence tools to drive process improvements and operational efficiency
• Mentor and guide analytics team members, fostering technical skills development in statistical analysis and business intelligence tools
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify analytical requirements and deliver integrated data solutions

• Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or related quantitative field
• 5-7 years of experience in data science, business analytics, or commercial analysis roles with increasing responsibilities
• Proven experience managing small teams or leading analytical projects with cross-functional stakeholders
• Strong proficiency in statistical programming and machine learning techniques for business applications
• Hands-on experience with business intelligence platforms and data visualization best practices
• Solid understanding of commercial operations, sales processes, and revenue optimization principles
• Excellent communication skills with ability to present technical findings to business stakeholders and management
• Experience with data pipeline development, ETL processes, and database management systems
• Relevant certifications in data science, analytics, or project management preferred
• Multilingual capabilities (English) strongly preferred
