Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Collections Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our accounting and finance department, you will play a crucial role in managing collections on outstanding invoices and accounts.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of standard accounting concepts and procedures, as well as excellent communication skills. You will be responsible for analyzing accounts receivable and collection data, identifying trends to improve cash collections and reduce aging.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Analyzing accounts receivable and collection data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Managing collections on outstanding invoices and accounts
  • Communicating with customers to obtain payment support and resolve issues
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of outstanding issues

Requirements include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field (preferred)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable and Collections and/or Billing
  • Strong understanding of standard accounting concepts and procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
