Medical Data Manager

This role is responsible for overseeing the billing process, supervising billing assistants, and ensuring data entry accuracy. The Billing Supervisor will be the primary point of contact for county systems and will maintain accurate reporting of EHR and county billing queues.
The ideal candidate will have experience in medical billing, supervision, and data management. They will be able to analyze data, identify trends, and implement solutions to improve billing efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise billing assistants and ensure productivity expectations are met
- Oversee day-to-day tasks such as submitting claims and investigating denials
- Verify notes in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) and re-enter notes as necessary
- Maintain accurate reporting of EHR billing queues and county billing queues
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience in medical billing or a related field
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
