  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in estimation software and tools, mainly Planswift, Bluebeam, and Excel
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to collaborate with clients and internal teams
  • Mathematical Skills: Detail-oriented mindset with exceptional mathematical skills
  • Independence: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting
