Job Title: Financial Operations Expert

Job Description

This role involves ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial postings, performing complex accounting calculations, and managing regulatory reporting for assigned legal entities. As an expert key user in accounting transformation projects, you will participate in IT system rollouts, process harmonization, and new business tender & onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform calculations related to bad debts, provisions, and accruals.
  • Ensure data quality, accuracy, and timeliness of postings into accounting systems.
  • Conduct sanity checks on suspense accounts, premiums/service revenue/claims/commissions, payroll, investments, FX, and tax.
  • Monitor and report progress of closing reviews.
  • Supervise or perform upload of financials in consolidation tools.
Requirements:
  • Professional accounting background with expertise in financial operations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience with IT system rollouts and process harmonization.
